We will not use your photos for any public purpose until you grant us copyright.
Any images posted by our customers on our Facebook, Instagram or other social media means that you have automatically granted us your copyright.
Please note that we only fix missing and misunderstood tags in the revision. If there are other requirements, we will charge an additional fee upon request. In other words, we will correct what we have missed or misunderstood until you are satisfied, but no refund.
We will keep all original resolution and image size unless you require us to crop or change image size. Please make sure your original image is clear and sharp for get good result. We cannot make very blur and low resolution to sharp and high resolution.
If the client is request or required in a judicial, administrative, or governmental proceeding to disclose any Confidential information it shall be permitted to do so provided; it will notify us as promptly as practicable and to the extend legally permitted so that we may seek an appropriate protective order or waive for that instance the provisions of this agreement.
Our work is intrinsically a process of offering retouching services to the client. While we will make every effort to bring questionable material to your attention, you agree to indemnify and save us harmless from any and all claims or demands, including legal fees, arising out of any alleged libel or copyright infringement committed by you in creating the work.
Client supplies all original and reference photos. We can't be liable to client or any third party for damages, including lost profits, lost savings, complaints, claims, litigation or other incidental, consequential or special damages that arise from this work.
We can’t be responsible for deadlines missed due to circumstances completely beyond our control, such as dire emergencies, floods, war and acts of god.
This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, excluding that body of law applicable to conflicts of law. If any provision of this agreement is for any reason found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be unenforceable, the remainder of this agreement shall continue in full force and effect.
